Information you choose to submit

Contact, seller, valuation, property inquiry and appointment-request forms may collect your name, email address, telephone number, property address, preferences and message. These details are stored for the authorized website administrator to review and respond to your request.

Do not send bank statements, passwords, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive records through public website forms.

Transactional request email

When protected Resend credentials and a verified customer-domain sender are configured, an email address submitted with a request may be shared with Resend solely to send an owner notification, a plain receipt, or an owner-written reply. Transactional sending is pending that configuration; until it is complete, a saved request is not a confirmation that an email was sent or delivered.

This transactional process is for request handling, not marketing. The website does not add marketing messages, advertising audiences, or email-tracking links or pixels to those transactional messages.

Website service providers

This website uses independent hosting, database and image-storage providers to operate its pages and store website content. The current services include Render, Aiven and Cloudinary. These providers may process connection information necessary to deliver the service. Submitted requests are not displayed as public listings, blog posts or testimonials.

If transactional request email is configured, Resend will process the recipient and message details needed to send that message. Resend is not used through this website for bulk marketing or visitor-behavior email tracking.

Request and email-outbox records

Submitted requests and related transactional-email outbox records may retain the contact and property details you provide, recipient information, message content, and delivery-status information. Authorized website administrators may review these records to respond to requests, review delivery status, prevent duplicate sends, and address support questions. These records are not public.

The website does not state a fixed public retention period for request or outbox records. You may ask about correction or deletion of information you submitted using the contact details below; identity may need to be verified before a request about another person's information can be addressed.

Cookies and saved properties

The owner dashboard uses a secure session cookie to authenticate the administrator. Visitors can save property identifiers in their own browser's local storage. Saved-property preferences are local to that browser; they do not create a customer account or automatically send your details to Indiana Hannosh.

You can remove saved properties through the property controls or clear this website's local storage in your browser settings. Clearing browser data also removes locally saved preferences.

External sites and videos

Social videos, map links and social profile links may open or load services operated by another provider. That provider's own privacy and cookie practices apply. You can contact Indiana Hannosh without opening a social video or external map.
